Organic Spa of the hotel is very bad. Very bad behaviour and staff attitude. The Receptionist attitude is highly unacceptable. Totally waste of money waste of time. I never suggested to anyone to stay The hotel and spa center staff is very bad ylthe attitude is totally unacceptable.

I had a good and pleasant stay! This was for business purpose and its tge beat hotel around in rudrapur. The staff is helpful and are too many, food is good and stay was comfortable, rooms are huge so no worries!

I visited this hotel with my colleagues and stayed for a couple of days. It was really easy to locate and the infrastructure looked really eye pleasing. The staff was friendly and there were no hiccups in checking in or checking out. The rooms were neat and had good ventilation. The food quality was good and I really loved the paneer chilly and spring roll. We organised a small event in the banquet and we're really impressed with the quality of service. Had a wonderful stay.
